Privacy Policy

Hi there, and welcome to Pixelkore. I'm Iqra, the person behind this project. I believe that trust is the foundation of everything we do online. That's why I've written this Privacy Policy in plain, simple English—not legalese—to clearly explain how we handle your information when you use our free tools.

I built Pixelkore to help people, not to track them. This document will walk you through what little data we do and (more importantly) do not collect. My goal is to be 100% transparent so you can feel completely secure and focus on what matters: getting your work done.

1. The Short & Sweet Summary (No Lawyer Talk)

Let's be real, most people don't read the full policy. So here’s the key takeaway:

  • We don't collect personal information like your name, email, or address unless you explicitly email it to us.
  • Your data is yours. The files and text you process using our tools are never stored on our servers permanently. They are processed in real-time and then discarded.
  • We hate spam as much as you do. We will never sell your data or contact you for marketing.
  • We use basic, anonymized analytics to understand how people use the site (e.g., which tools are popular) so we can make it better. This doesn't identify you.

If you're good with that, you can probably stop reading. But if you want the full details, please read on!

2. What Information Do We Collect?

We minimize data collection to the absolute bare minimum. Here’s the breakdown:

a) Information You Voluntarily Provide:
This is limited to if you decide to contact me via email (info@pixelkore.online). If you send me a message, I will have your email address and the contents of your message. I use this only to respond to you.

b) Information Collected Automatically:

  • Log Data: Like all websites, our server automatically collects basic information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. We use this data in an aggregated, anonymized form to analyze site performance and trends.
  • Cookies: We use a few necessary cookies for basic functionality. We also use cookies from Google Analytics to understand how our tools are used.

c) The Most Important Category: What We DO NOT Collect:

  • We do not require any registration or sign-ups.
  • We do not collect any personal identification information.
  • We do not permanently store the files, images, or text you upload to our tools for processing. They are held temporarily in memory (RAM) only for the duration of the operation and are deleted immediately after.

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

The tiny bit of information we collect is used for a few very specific purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To allow you to use our tools seamlessly.
  • To Improve Our Website: Aggregated analytics help me understand which tools are most helpful and where I should focus my development efforts. For example, if everyone uses the image converter but no one uses the text tool, I know what to improve next!
  • To Communicate With You: To respond to your customer service requests, questions, and feedback.
  • To Ensure Security: To monitor and prevent any technical issues or malicious activities on our website.

4. Our Stance on Data Storage: Your Data is Yours

This is the core of our privacy promise. When you use a Pixelkore tool:

  1. Upload/Input: You provide a file or text input.
  2. Real-Time Processing: Our server processes your data to perform the requested function (e.g., convert a image, format code).
  3. Instant Deletion: The input and output data are deleted automatically from our server immediately after processing. We do not keep copies of your files.

Your data is never used for any purpose other than the specific task you requested at that moment.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

We use a few trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics: We use this service to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as your general location (city/country), device type, and how you navigate the site. This data is anonymous and aggregated. You can learn more about how Google uses your data here: Google Privacy & Terms.
  • Web Hosting Provider: Our website is hosted on a server provided by a third-party company. This host has access to standard server log data (as mentioned in Section 2b).

These third parties are obligated to handle your data confidentially and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a few types of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the basic functioning of the website.
  • Analytics Cookies: These help us understand how visitors interact with the website. All data is anonymous.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some parts of our service may not function properly.

7. Data Security: How We Protect You

I implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information. These include maintaining secure server infrastructure and using standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure data is transmitted securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I can take necessary action.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. I will also add a notice on our website homepage for a period of time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

10. Your Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
